erving over 5,000 elementary and middle school students and nearly 2,900 secondary students, the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Fall River offer a tradition of quality Catholic, value-oriented education leading to greater self-esteem, character development, maturity, and above-average performance.

The network of schools in the Diocese of Fall River includes 20 elementary schools located in the following cities and towns:

         • Acushnet • Fairhaven • New Bedford (4) • Taunton(2)
  • Attleboro • Fall River (6) • North Attleboro • West Harwich
  • Buzzards Bay • Mansfield • SouthYarmouth  

Two middle schools are located in Hyannis and Taunton, and the five high schools are located in Attleboro, Dartmouth, Fall River, Hyannis, and Taunton.

• Many of our schools are filled to capacity with nearly 8,000 children enrolled.
• They have less than a 1% dropout rate.
• Over 96% of our high school graduates go on to post secondary education.
• More than 1,100 students in 2008 applied for financial assistance in the hope they might attend one of our schools.
